Pilates in Nairobi??

Where can I do pilates in Nairobi? Since I am working daytime, it would have to be an evening, and if possible, I would like to do one class on Saturday as well. Via Google I found that there was a class in Adams which is no longer on. In any case I would prefer Westlands, Parklands or Muthaiga - or thereabouts. Any advice appreciated! And I guess, if worse comes to worse I can consider some kind of intensive yoga class if that is easier to find.

Wireless Internet modem - which one to choose?

OK - so I am confused. People are telling me different things. Which company is best for the wireless Internet modem - Safaricom, Zain or Orange (or someone else)?? I'm in Westlands, but consider moving to Runda. Speed is what matters - suppose prices are about he same. Have tried Zain - not too happy.
