The good thing about this place is the rate. You can negotiate very competitive rates for high amounts of USD-KES. The office is pretty horrible though. Feels like waiting in a scary dentists front office, and when you are entering the exchange booth or what it's called, it feels like visiting an inmate in prison. Busy on Saturdays - otherwise I have not experienced long waits.
